Calculations
The numbers you type into our calculators are processed in your browser and are not sent to us, except when you choose to include them in a bug report.
What we collect
- Usage statistics: pages viewed, time on page, approximate location (country, region and city, worked out from your IP address by our hosting provider — we do not store your IP address), device type, browser and the website that referred you. We use this to improve the tools.
- Local storage: a random visitor ID, your saved and recent tools, unit and theme choices. This stays on your device.
- Messages you send: feedback, name and email if you give them, so we can reply.
- Early-access lists: if you join a waitlist for an upcoming product, we store your email, the tool you joined from and your country, and use them only to tell you when that product launches. Ask us any time to remove you.
- Quotes and documents you create: business and customer details typed into a quote or change order stay in your own browser (local storage) and are never sent to us.

You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings or www.aboutads.info. Learn more about how Google uses data.
Analytics
We may use Google Analytics to understand overall traffic. It uses cookies; see Google's privacy policy.
